Smile,make others smile and learn 4m others....

A few weeks back i was doing a course of "AOL" suddenly these thoughts creedped into my mind....

" When an air hostess(AH) says "have a nice day" do you really think" does she
means that.

1)well have you ever noticed the smile on the smile on their face when
they greet us.Despite such a grueling schedule and working at such odd
timings,they are able to put a smiling face.Whereas we leave the plane
with stress,making bad faces and all types of complaints.
I think this is something which needs to be appreciated and something
which we all common men can learn from.
2) The other thing is when they wish us" HAVE A NICE DAY" or whatever its
upto us in which way we take it. You can take it in a positive way that
there is someone who really wants that you have a nice day. Or just ignore
it" KI iska to kaam hai bolna "
Compare it with a situation " you are going for your interview or exam and
someone on the way wishes u "Best of luck" Have u experienced how good and
confident u feel at that very moment.
IT just fill you with energy.
This is very similar to the Air hostess(AH) situation.Her greetings with a
smile can do wonders for someone who is under stress or has a tough day
ahead.It sometimes pump energy in us.
And smile has a inductive effect.If you smile you make people around you
smile.

Coming back to AH..

It's a really tough task to serve to more than 200 people in an airplanewith such humbleness and politeness and on top of that we passengers crib them for every small things.I have just traveled twice in airplane .And 4m my exp. I tell u that they treated like shit.!(no offences)And still they manage to keep up that smiling face.
They do their work in a such a nice way...Dont you think its a commendable

Just ask yourself a question .How many time have you thanked an AH or a road side chaiwallah or may be your toilet cleaner? Dont you think they deserve some appreciation or praise for their work.When you praise someone they feel good and they get a sense of satisfaction.And next time they try to do their work much better.Their spirits get rekindled.Its a human tendency to achieve more success and perfectness in what they do.So praising someone will not stagnate them to their current level of hard work.!!

''ll share my experience with you.This summers I went to Australia for
my practical Training.Ever since  I have gained  I (we the common people)have forgetn to smile.Even in the happiest of moments we cannot enjoy
ourself to the fullest because we are so stressed.
Their I noticed that from a toilet cleaner to a bus driver whoever it be,
will always greet u with a cheerful smile. In fact the studies show that
people in western countries live a more stressful life than us and till
they manage to smile..
while i was in Australia i was at the height of stress..With a highly
demanding and cruel Prof. and some personal problems, for 2 months there I was always under enormous stress.
There just by looking around and observing peoples  behaviour I rediscovered something
called "Smile."
And till the end of my training whatever problems and challenges came I dealt
with them with big cheerful smile.

Since then I am happy then ever before!

I remember during my early school days we used to sing a song"
Smile is something if u giv it away
I will come  right back to you"
That time I never understood the deepness of the those words.
But now I do!!

The final conclusion of this whole story:
You can always learn from people around you ,its upto you how you look at
them.
And our cute Air Hostesses are a good example. to learn from:)
